Registration for special flights from South-America

We already shared with you what we have been working on in recent days in light of the spread of the Coronavirus, and now we have another exciting project: Registration for special flights from South America designed to bring Israeli citizens safely back to Israel.

First of all, some background:

The outbreak of the Coronavirus has resulted in the closures of air traffic in many countries around the world.

As a result, hundreds of Israelis residing in South America for business, family visits, and travel are stranded with no way to return to Israel. Following this, it was decided to carry out rescue operations for those Israelis.

And what is our role in this?

Dizenhaus, a well-established tourist company, contacted us and requested we create several registration forms for this great cause, and we gladly accepted.

All in all, these are relatively simple registration forms, through which all the passenger information required for booking the airline tickets is taken, such as:

  • Full name as it appears in the registrant’s passport.
  • Contact Information.
  • Passport number.
  • Passport expiration date.
  • Date of birth.

Due to this unusual situation, the forms also include a citizenship declaration, as these flights were intended only for returning Israelis. The forms also included charging the registrants for the flight tickets, to expedite the process and allow for fast ticketing.

The bottom line

In such cases, every second counts, and the ability to set up the registration forms fast is especially important so that registrants can sign up for the flights, without having to dwell on bureaucratic processes. The Forms-Wizard team met the challenge, and the forms for flights were set up quickly.

As we’ve already told you, it’s business as usual for us, despite the difficulties of this time.

Feel free to contact us – We would love to help in any way we can!
