The Foreign Trade Administration at the Ministry of Economy and Industry, in collaboration with the Israel Export Institute, organized a unique conference for companies and exporters, during which participants could schedule personal business meetings with Israel’s economic attachés from around the world.
These personal meetings provide a rare opportunity to meet the relevant economic attachés for specific target markets, receive focused information, build customized action plans, and strengthen their global connections.
For the event, we set up a platform in our B2B system for scheduling meetings.
For those who don’t remember – B2B Wizard allows participants to connect and schedule meetings during your conference. Through the system, you can create an active business community with outstanding and exciting networking opportunities.
B2B Wizard has several unique features we implemented for the conference:
- Participants interactions – The meeting platform was set up so that participants could only see the economic attachés, and not all the other attendees of the conference, to streamline the meeting scheduling process.
- Assigned tables – Normally, the platform randomly allocates meetings to tables based on availability. For this event, we assigned attachés to specific tables, so they remained stationary throughout the day, with different companies coming to meet them each time.
- Meetings limitation – Due to high demand, it was decided to limit each company to only 3 meetings during the day. This number was set as the default for all participants. At the same time, specific participants were authorized to schedule a higher number of meetings via a simple and convenient built-in feature in our system.
- Meeting slots – Usually, all the meeting times and durations are set the same for all participants. However, we can block certain time slots in advance for participants when we know they won’t be available at certain times, and this was done for some attachés.
Smart access control and name tags
On the morning of the conference, we were also responsible for access control and name tags through Forms-Wizard. We arrived on-site, set up our stations, and, together with our excellent attendant staff, ensured check-ins and printed name tags for all participants and attachés.
