The Mind the Tech NY Conference organized by Calcalist and Bank Leumi took place in New York earlier this month for the sixth time.
The conference was attended by approximately 700 senior executives from the Israeli and American tech communities, who discussed local and international challenges and the need for a unified community in times of crisis.
Technological innovation was at the forefront of discussions as a key driver for economic growth, along with the significant potential of collaboration between artificial intelligence and human decision-making.
The conference spanned two days and was filled with fascinating lectures on various topics, with a focus on AI, fintech and commerce, cybersecurity, media, health, and green technology.
In such a conference, where the industry’s best minds come together, networking and B2B meetings are of high importance, providing a valuable opportunity to initiate and establish new business connections within the Israeli tech community and with the international community.
Our B2B platform was particularly active in the weeks leading up to the conference, with hundreds of participants communicating and scheduling meetings that ultimately took place during the conference in New York within the B2B area set up for the event.
To help participants easily find each other and ensure the efficient operation of the B2B area, the meeting schedule was displayed on screens in the area, showing the meetings and their locations in the room according to their scheduled times.
The schedule screen contributes to the self-management of the meeting area, although we always recommend adding a hostess at the entrance to the room, with master access to all meeting data, to assist participants in arriving at their meetings on time.
