In preparation for Rosh Hashanah, Amdocs organized a boutique market, “Amdocs Market 2024”, for its employees, featuring gifts and products from northern businesses affected by the war over the past year.
The market was held at three branches over several sessions to allow all company employees to visit according to their availability. A registration form was created for the event, enabling employees to choose their preferred time to visit the market and the desired branch.
The form was restricted to Amdocs employees only, who had to identify themselves in order to fill in their details and choices. After the registration and before each specific event, reminders were sent to the employees via emails and SMS, which included a personal barcode that they needed to present to our team upon arrival at the market.
After getting their barcode scanned, all employees received a card indicating the types of gifts they could collect, along with a fabric bag to gather their gifts during their tour of the market.
Among the products available at the market were bottles of wine, flowers, chocolates, soaps, olive oil, and many other excellent items from northern Israel, which we are sure all employees were happy to receive ahead of the holiday.
We would like to mention that our entrance control system used allows for scanning visitors at the main entrance, but we also have a mini-events system that enables the creation of “small events” within the main event, with scans at various locations in the venue to mark attendance at specific places or for distributing gifts.
The support for northern businesses at Amdocs Market 2024 was an excellent initiative by Amdocs, and we were pleased to take part in the project along with We Create.
