AI Week at Tel Aviv University kicked off this morning, showcasing groundbreaking research and the applications of intelligent systems by leading figures in industry and academia.
As usual, we are here with our registration system, name tag issuance, mini-events, lead scanning, B2B meetings, and virtual broadcasts for the audience watching the lectures from home.
We’d like to provide more details about each of the features we’re using during AI Week
Registration and Name Tags
Registration for the conference opened about four months prior to the event, with a registration form that included various ticket types, price changes at pre-determined dates, and data collection for the B2B system.
The data collected during registration is used to issue name tags with participant details during the event.
Mini-Events
As previously mentioned, our mini-events system allows for scanning at entrances to various areas within your conference.
During AI Week, this system is used to scan participants at the entrances to lecture halls, providing valuable data on attendance rates and which lectures particularly interested the audience.
Lead Gathering
A partners and startups exhibition is taking place during AI Week. To streamline the exchange of contact details between visitors and exhibitors, we’ve activated our lead-gathering system. This allows exhibitors to scan visitor name tags to receive their contact information as entered during registration.
B2B Meetings
The conference provides a great networking opportunity, so the organizers wanted to facilitate meeting scheduling between participants, either in person or virtually (whichever suits them best).
The physical B2B area is set up on the upper floor of the conference venue with comfortable seating for meetings. Virtual meetings are scheduled by each participant individually, and they will be conducted at times and locations that suit the participants.
Virtual Broadcasts
While we have returned to holding in-person conferences, there is still an international audience that prefers to watch conferences remotely. Therefore, the event is held in a hybrid format – you can attend Tel Aviv University, visit the exhibition booths, and listen to live lectures in the various halls. Alternatively, you can browse the virtual exhibition and watch live broadcasts throughout the conference days, with the option to send questions to the speakers live.
